and policy making which will be incorporated in the various projects and
programs of the Provincial Government. The implementing guidelines for the
Sirib Scholarship for SIKA Youth Leaders was formulated by the Board of

·
Be trained into a great leader!
Sirib
Ilokano Kabataan Association envisions of becoming a pool of well-trained,
service-oriented, and highly-regarded youth leaders. Hence, it conducts
workshops, trainings and forum which hone the leadership and managerial skills
of its members. Also, by handling vital positions in the executive organs of
the Association, a member will be able to experience leading the growing
Association while constantly being guided by competent peers and advisers.
·
Have the chance to participate in
various activities!
Sirib

Province. Hence, in collaboration with government and non-government

company of other youth leaders who share the same interests like you.

of the Association. The orientation is one important requirement to membership
as mandated by the SIKA Constitution and By-Laws.
If
you just heard about the conduct of the Orientation and you did not
Pre-Register, you are still encouraged to attend and will be treated equally
during orientation but you will be of less priority in terms of orientation
collaterals.
